Project Description

The project involved upgrading the existing carriageway and pedestrian areas to enhance safety, improve durability, and elevate the overall presentation of the estate for occupiers and visitors.

The 5,000m2 roadway and pavement refurbishment project was within a busy North London industrial park that operated 24/7, where we acted as Employers Agent.

Delivered within a live commercial environment, the project required careful planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication to minimise disruption to the businesses operating on site throughout the works.

The before and after photos demonstrate the transformation — from worn and tired surfacing to a clean, robust finish that will serve the estate well for years to come.
