Key restoration works included:

• Complete replacement of deteriorated sash windows with high-quality, double-glazed hardwood units that maintain Georgian proportions while improving thermal and acoustic performance
• Slate roof renewal with enhanced insulation and lead detailing for long-term protection
• External façade repairs including render, stonework, and rainwater goods, plus comprehensive internal/external decoration
