Project Managed a full building refurbishment.

Project Description
We recently Project Managed a full building refurbishment on Beak Street in the heart of Soho.

We enjoyed working with a fantastic client – RSA Films,

who occupied the building previously and have now returned to occupy the 4th and 5th floor offices that were fitted out to their requirements.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor are now CAT A offices served by end of journey facilities in the basement. The ground floor and part basement are ready for a retail occupier with alterations to the front façade including a new entrance making this possible.
