Project Description
To undertake this Pre-Acquisition Building Survey, we worked closely with the client to understand the intended end use, including whether appropriate water, gas and electrical supplies were available — and whether there was a requirement for sprinklers or other fire suppression systems, which are often overlooked.

Whilst one of our recent instructions was to inspect a new development, there remained the requirement for due diligence and ensuring the subject site aligned with the client’s operational requirements — i.e. internal warehouse space and clear heights, floor loading, vehicular door openings, and sufficient office and welfare accommodation.
