Project Description
This Grade II listed property located on the busy Parade in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire presented several significant defects, including a collapsing chimney stack, failing roof coverings throughout, deteriorated render and other external finishes, decaying traditional timber sash windows, neglected ironwork and an overgrown rear yard. The property had started falling into a state of disrepair, out of place from the character of this prominent terrace.

Following a comprehensive programme of repairs and refurbishment, in line with the town’s Article 4 Direction rules and specifications, the building has been restored to a standard appropriate to its surroundings. The difference is remarkable and immediately noticeable with the property once again complementing and contributing positively to the streetscape – it now stands out for the right reasons!

Our role included surveying and tendering the works, project management, Party Wall, and contract administration through to successful completion, delivering excellent value for the client and a property that is once again functional, protected, and looking great.
